What are my youth leaders responsible for?
You are responsible for YOU! Each group will need to bring enough chaperones to watch over your group during the weekend. You will NOT be leading small groups, planning the schedule, or coming up with devotionals. ONLY chaperoning your group. We provide trained college/young adults to lead our small group sessions. We also will provide talking points or questions to correspond with our small group lesson plans for your nightly youth group time as a way to hear what the students are experiencing throughout the weekend.
